Lorenzo Cornice Durante

PhD Student

My name is Lorenzo Cornice Durante. I graduated in Italy with an MSc in Applied Molecular Biology, with a computational thesis focused on the characterization of the recently identified Kv7.2 LOF A265V mutation. I am now starting a PhD in the CAMD lab of the Medicinal Chemistry Division, focusing on the computational study of TRPC ion channels under (patho)physiological conditions, under the supervision of Professor Sánchez Murcia. In my free time, I stay healthy by training at the gym, swimming, running, cycling, or trekking.
