My research in the CAMD group focused on catalyzed reactions. We aim to understand the underlying reaction mechanism and the factors driving catalysis, with the purpose of redesigning enzymatic scaffolds to achieve improved properties. To this end, we employ classical MD simulations, enhanced sampling techniques, and quantum-mechanical approaches. Another important part of my research is developing computational tools and workflows for designing enzymatic scaffolds.
